Liquid Tight Conduits – Type AHTDL

Description

AHTDL Conduit is with integral grounding copper wire having wide temperature range. Due to integral copper grounding wire, this conduit offers fine EMI shielding due to which it is used for applications where a high degree of electrical continuity is required.

While construction of metal inner hose for this conduit a copper wire is winded into the metal bare hose. The copper wire makes contact with the ferrule of the fittings that are screwed into the metal hose. This archives the grounding.

The outer PVC coating offers good resistance against oil and grease. It is suitable for use in hazardous environments according to NEC 501-4B Class I, Division 2; Class II, Division 1and 2; Class III, Division 1 and 2.
